As Patreon’s Head of Creator Policy Engagement, Courtney is the Policy Team’s main liaison to the creator community. Along with the Policy Team, she focuses on researching and developing creator-focused policies, reports, and workshops, as well as some external-facing public policy initiatives. Courtney’s career has centered at the nexus of tech, policy, communications, and the arts.
As Patreon’s Europe Policy Lead, Eric is responsible for monitoring and advocating on legislation and regulation across the continent that may impact creators, with a focus on content regulation. Eric works to ensure that these European regulatory issues are represented in the development of our Community Guidelines and new products on the platform. Eric’s experience includes a decade of work across the tech industry in roles related to both content policy and public policy.
As Patreon’s Senior Content Policy Specialist, Habon researches, develops, refines, and implements the content policies that keep Patreon creators and patrons safe. She has worked in the Trust and Safety space for the last four years. Prior to Patreon, Habon worked at TikTok where she developed content moderation policy and championed for the voices of minority creators
